Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) today announced Mobile Office Hours with two opportunities for 10th District residents to meet with his staff in May. These events provide members of the community the chance to sit down with Congressional staff and are offered in addition to meetings in the Congressman’s Greensboro, Monroe, and Thomson offices.
“Georgians may be getting used to conducting business virtually, but sometimes there’s no replacement for a good old fashion face-to-face,” said Congressman Hice. “That’s why my office has reinstated our monthly Mobile Office Hours in communities throughout the 10th District. During these events, residents have the opportunity to talk directly with a member of my staff about issues related to Social Security, the Veterans Administration, international travel, and any other federal concern.”
On Thursday, May 27th, Congressional staff members will be available to meet with residents on an individual or family basis at the following locations (appointments are not required):

Help with a Federal Agency
One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person’s behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. Please know that I cannot force an agency to act in favor of a constituent. However, I can help communicate the circumstances and request that they take appropriate actions to assist you.
