Monroe, GA – With the heightened awareness and public concerns regarding coronavirus, Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) today announced that he has cancelled his March Mobile Office Hours.

“While coronavirus remains a low risk to most Americans, we should be cognizant that many in our community are at a higher risk,” said Congressman Hice. “Out of an abundance of caution and with public health and safety as our highest priority, we are postponing the Mobile Office Hours that were previously scheduled at the Bogart Library and the Grovetown location of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce until a more appropriate time. For those needing assistance, my staff will continue to serve residents from our Monroe and Milledgeville offices, and we encourage people to contact us by phone or email.”

Please dial (770) 207-1776 to reach the Monroe District Office or (478) 457-0007 to reach the Milledgeville District Office.

Help with a Federal Agency

One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help constituents work through issues with federal agencies. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a constituent’s behalf to get answers to questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. Below you will find a list of agencies with which I can help you. However, regardless of which agency you need help navigating, you must complete a privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. Please download this printable version of the casework authorization form and then fax or mail to the address listed under the agency from which you are seeking assistance.
