At a time when Ameri... Read more

Washington, D.C. – The United States’ position as the leader of the free world is built upon the strength of our military and its capacity to meet any challenge. However, in recent years, we have witnessed our military readiness and capabilities decline to a point of alarm. As it stands, we have too many planes that can’t fly and ships that can’t sail, while global threats abound. The American people have given Republicans the opportunity to lead in Congress, with a promise that we would not onl... Read more

Washington, D.C. – The day I was sworn in as your Representative in Congress, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. There is no promise that I take more seriously than this one. For too long, our military has struggled to complete the tasks they’ve been given – not because of a lack of skill or dedication, but because the government has failed to provide our men and women in uniform with the tools and resources neces... Help with a Federal Agency

One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help constituents work through issues with federal agencies. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a constituent’s behalf to get answers to questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. Below you will find a list of agencies with which I can help you. However, regardless of which agency you need help navigating, you must complete a privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. Please download this printable version of the casework authorization form and then fax or mail to the address listed under the agency from which you are seeking assistance.
