Constituent Services

As your U.S. Representative, one of my highest priorities is ensuring that my staff and I are available to help with whatever federal assistance you may need. In addition to our phone and email services, we have three locations throughout the District for those who would like to meet with us in person. My offices provide a variety of constituent services from helping Georgians navigate federal agencies, like the Internal Revenue Service or Department of Veterans Affairs, to internships in my Georgia or Washington, D.C. offices, to flag and tour requests, and more. My staff and I stand ready to help you regardless of the issue.

Help with a Federal Agency

One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person’s behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. Please know that I cannot force an agency to act in favor of a constituent. However, I can help communicate the circumstances and request that they take appropriate actions to assist you.
